How does Hiringly make recruitment fairer and more inclusive?

Why should I care about bias in my hiring process ?
Unconscious bias in the hiring process is a huge problem. It makes it harder for you to find the best candidates. Hiringly helps you avoid bias, and makes it easier for you to build high performance teams.
How do you make hiring easier?
We analyze the resumes of all your applicants, and determine if they are a good fit for the role you're trying to fill. We then calculate you a multi-dimensional score for each applicant, so you can easily see who is the best fit for the role.
Can I see all applicants and resumes?
Yes, you have access to all applicants and resumes. However, in order to minimize bias, we recommend you take your decisions on the anonymized data and analysis we provide, before accessing the full resumes.
What's your algorithm for eveluating candidates?
Our candidate evaluations are multi-dimensional, and takes into account the skills, experience, education, and other factors that are important for the role you're trying to fill. We are constantly improving our algorithm, and we are working on a way to allow you to customize it to your needs.
How many job-descriptions can I post?
During our closed-beta, job postings are limited to 1 per company. We will lift this limit as soon as we are ready to open up for more companies.
How does auto-reject work?
You can either auto-reject the applicants that are not a good fit for the role (with a polite rejection e-mail), or you can can choose to manually review them.
Can we integrate Hiringly with our ATS?
We are working on an API which will allow for integration with your in-house solutions. VIP members will get access to it as soon as it is ready.
Can I customize my auto-reject messages?
Customization is currently in the works, and will make it into the HR and VIP plans as soon as it is ready.
