  • Encrypted end to end — AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Data is encrypted the moment it reaches us.
  • Strict access control — role-based permissions, 2-factor authentication (2FA), and SSO on Enterprise. Only your team sees your candidates.
  • Backups & isolation — automated encrypted backups and logically isolated workspaces per company.

  • Clear legal basis — candidate data is processed under legitimate interest / contractual necessity, documented and limited to hiring.
  • Data Processing Agreement — a GDPR Art. 28 DPA is available on request; you stay the data controller, we're your processor.
  • Transparent sub-processors — a documented list of sub-processors (hosting, AI), each bound by the same obligations, with change notifications.
  • Rights & retention — access, correction and deletion honored; candidate data kept only for your retention window, then auto-deleted. Breaches reported within 72 hours.
